Arsenal have officially signed English winger Noni Madueke from Chelsea, marking a major move in the Gunners’ summer transfer business. The 23-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year contract, with the deal brokered by Ali Barat of Epic Sports. Madueke’s father and agent, Ify Madueke, played a key role in finalizing the agreement.
Manager Mikel Arteta spoke highly of the new signing:
“Noni Madueke is one of the most talented wide forward players in the Premier League. At just 23, he brings experience of club and international football. Having seen the quality of Noni’s performances up close, we’re really excited.”
Madueke himself expressed his excitement about joining Arsenal, citing conversations with current players:
“I’ve spoken to Declan Rice, Myles, Bukayo, even Jurrien as well—and they all say amazing things about the club and the culture here, how warm it is and how much of a family it is.”
The former Chelsea winger is ambitious about the season ahead:
“To win all the competitions we’re in… I feel like we’re definitely capable of doing that.”
Madueke’s arrival adds depth, pace, and creativity to Arsenal’s already strong attacking options as they gear up for a title challenge on multiple fronts.
